In the northern part of Gramercy, in the heart of Manhattan, fourteen condominium residences celebrate a timeless vision of urban living, where natural materials, refined details and contemporary architecture come together in perfect balance.
Designed by Stefano Pasqualetti, the interiors feature fourteen custom crafted in natural-stained and paired with elegant Arabescato Vagli marble surfaces. Completing the project are fourteen master in dark walnut and twenty-eight guest bathrooms in elm, all designed and manufactured by Doltre with bespoke cabinetry tailored to each residence.
A project that reflects our ability to combine craftsmanship, durability and contemporary design, creating interiors designed to stand the test of time.

The collection is also available in Grey, a finish that enhances the texture and depth of while bringing a refined, contemporary character to the space.
Designed around a balance of material, function and proportion, the collection includes both floor-standing and wall-mounted solutions: vanity units with an open shelf and drawer, floor-standing versions with two large drawers, and suspended configurations with one or two drawers. Each composition is conceived to combine visual lightness, practical storage and long-term durability.
The Grey finish was selected by Doltre for a prestigious residential project at 225 West 17th Street, in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan. Here, Arkwood furnished the 14 master bathrooms of an exclusive collection of luxury residences, bringing the warmth of natural wood to one of New York City’s most sought-after and culturally vibrant neighborhoods.
Completed by coordinated mirrors, open storage columns, towel holders, and a curated selection of natural stone, marble and ceramic washbasins, the Arkwood bathroom collection is designed to create spaces that feel cohesive, functional and timeless.

In collaboration with Archi-Tectonics, the studio founded by Winka Dubbeldam, took part in 512 Greenwich, an extraordinary conversion of an early 20th-century building located in West Soho, New York.
The project transformed a four-story loft building into an eight-story single-family residence, featuring over 600 square meters of refined interiors meticulously detailed and designed to frame curated views of the surrounding historic neighborhood. The building was not simply renovated, but reimagined as a high-efficiency home equipped with advanced smart climate-control systems.
The interiors, contemporary yet timeless, make extensive use of natural and authentic materials. For this project, Doltre crafted a modern kitchen in three-layer solid grey .

Designed by Karen Asprea Studio, this kitchen stands at the heart of a penthouse renovation within the Skyhouse Condominium in Midtown Manhattan, New York.
The project is defined by a refined palette of rich yet delicate tones, where white oak, satin glass and polished marble come together in a balanced and harmonious composition.
It reflects ’s ability to integrate industrial production processes with bespoke solutions shaped by architects and interior designers.
At its core is three-layer , paired with wall units featuring tempered glass doors.

In the East Village, at 32 East 1st Street, contributed to a refined residential tower developed in collaboration with Aore Holdings and Combined Architecture.
The project reinterprets Italian rationalism in a contemporary key, expressed through a limestone façade of strong material presence and architectural clarity. Inside, and by Doltre define spaces where precision, tactility and visual balance come together.
For this development, Doltre produced 31 bespoke in brushed three-layer , alongside an exclusive series of 55 bathroom vanities in natural .
A project where craftsmanship meets architectural vision, translating material quality into everyday living.

Among the most iconic pieces of the Arkwood by collection, embodies the essence of design in its purest form.

In the Tribeca West Historic District of New York, collaborated with Colonnade Group and Morris Adjmi Architects on the residential development at 403 Greenwich, contributing to interiors defined by balance, precision and material coherence.
Designed byStefano Pasqualetti, the spaces combine elegance and comfort through the use of refined material contrasts: in Walnut paired with satin white glass and black aluminum, alongside three-layer solutions developed for the penthouse.
Italian marbles and natural materials further enrich the apartments. Master and guest bathrooms, clad in custom-finished , feature washbasins in and Serena Stone, complemented by cabinetry and storage elements.
While remains at the core of Doltre’s identity — as seen in the Canaletto walnut used for the kitchen bases and island, as well as in the bathroom furnishings — this project reflects the company’s ability to adapt to complex architectural visions, integrating additional high-quality materials through a network of trusted partners.
