Ho avuto il piacere di partecipare come protagonista al Leadership Lab “Il ruolo della leadership femminile nelle aziende vinicole italiane”, presso la MIB Trieste School of Management.
Un’occasione preziosa di confronto e condivisione, che mi ha permesso di contribuire a una riflessione in cui credo profondamente: il ruolo delle donne nel mondo del lavoro e, in particolare, nel settore vitivinicolo.
Sono felice di poter prendere parte a questo percorso di cambiamento, in cui la leadership femminile trova finalmente sempre più spazio e riconoscimento.
Credo che valorizzare le donne significhi dare voce a nuove visioni, competenze e prospettive, contribuendo a costruire un futuro più equo e consapevole per le nostre aziende. ✨

I had the pleasure of participating as a key contributor in the Leadership Lab titled “The Role of Female Leadership in Italian W**e Companies,” held at the MIB Trieste School of Management.
It was a valuable opportunity for discussion and the exchange of ideas, allowing me to contribute to a conversation on a topic I care deeply about: the role of women in the workplace, specifically within the w**e industry.
I am delighted to be part of this journey toward change—a path where female leadership is finally gaining more space and recognition.
I believe that empowering women means giving voice to new visions, skills, and perspectives, ultimately helping to build a more equitable and conscious future for our companies. ✨
