水の波紋や溶け出す氷を思わせる揺らぎと、光を湛える硝子の溜まりが印象的な稲葉さんの作品。
出会った当時の大胆さやおおらかな表情は残しながら、より自然体で空間や物を受け止める包容力のある作品を手がけるなど、日々進化していく彼女から目が離せません。
本展では暮らしに寄り添うグラスやプレートから新作の台付ダブルウォールやボトル、蓋物など、道具とオブジェクトを行き来する作品をご紹介いたします。

Inaba’s work is striking for its fluid undulations—reminiscent of ripples on water or melting ice—and its pools of glass that seem to hold the light.
While retaining the boldness and open-mindedness she had when we first met, she continues to evolve, creating pieces that embrace the surrounding space and objects with a more natural, receptive ease; we simply cannot take our eyes off her as she continues to evolve day by day.
This exhibition will showcase works that move between tools and objects, ranging from glasses and plates that are close to everyday life to new double-walled glasses with stands, bottles, and lidded containers.

硝子の中に白砂と気泡を含ませた、花器とオブジェの中間のような佇まい。
