DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

We do deliveries countrywide with free deliveries within Nairobi area (CBD) and charge a shipping fee in any other region in the country which depends on the area you are in. We make sure that we deliver your orders in the same day you placed it or utmost 3 days from the day you placed it.
We also accept returns for exchange with another shoe but not cash, in case of any wrong fitting but under the condition it is returned the same day within Nairobi area and a maximum of 72 hours in other areas. It is better to note that the returns due to any defect are accepted when it is a manufacturer’s defect.
