දිට්වා සුළි කුණාටුවෙන් ආපදාවට ලක් වූ අපේම සහෝදර ජනතාව වෙත බලංගොඩ ව්‍යාපාර හිමියන්ගේ සංසදය, බලංගොඩ සිංහ සමාජය සහ බලංගොඩ අපි මිතුරු සංසදය එක්ව සිදු කරන දැවැන්ත සහන යාත්‍රා ක්‍රියාන්විතය.

Help to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and to sustain everyday life.

*Wash hands , for atleast 20 seconds with soap and water.
*Refrain from touching the face.
*Use the elbow to cough.
*Use a mask when going out.
*Stay in if you're sick.
*Disinfect surfaces that are prone to carry the virus ( mobile phones, vechile , handbags , sinks,door k***s etc..) regularly.
*Maintain distance when in contact with people.
*Use hand sanitizer.
*Avoid public gatherings.
*Regular body wash and bath.
*Discard trash in a responsibile way and wash clothes ( similar material) after each usage.
*Make use of technology to get the work done.
*Eat healthy.
*Stay hydrated.
*Be considerate of others when purchasing goods and services.
