Beautiful, open-plan, glazed floating house project with spacious interior design and large roof terrace. Our latest project, the production of which will start in the spring of this year.
Dimensions - 9x3.5 meters or extended version 11.5x3.5 meters.

-CE Compliance Certificate for Watercrafts –guarantees a product that has been constructed according to the highest safety standards and the possibility to sell the product in the European Union trade area, and it allows to register the product with the Road Traffic Safety Directorate and to insure the watercraft in accordance with the rules for the insurance of recreational boats.
-Designed for 8-10persons.
-Pontoons filled with polyethylene and a metal frame allow for use in all seasons, including winter –the sauna can be left to freeze in ice; however, ice shove is not allowed. Modification with concrete pontoons is possible for greater stability and tougher operating conditions, such as sea salt water.
-A usable roof terrace throughout the size of the building, metal handrails and comfortable stairs.
-Easy operation due to catamaran-type design pontoons and the watercraft may be equipped with a remote steering wheel and engine control.
-Thedesignofthebuildingisdesignedtowatchlandscapes,becausethewholebuildingconsistsofwindows,includingasauna.
