1. INTERIOR DESIGNER
Male/Female • 2 Posts
📌Key Responsibilities
▫️Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models.
▫️Develop design concepts and presentations.
▫️Select materials, colors, furniture and finishes.
▫️Coordinate with site teams and check implementation against drawings.
▫️Submit design drawings and information on time.
📌Requirements
▫️B.Arch or Diploma/Degree in Interior Design.
▫️Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
▫️Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and Photoshop.
▫️Good communication and coordination skills.
▫️Willing to travel when required.
2. DESIGN COORDINATOR
Male/Female • 1 Post
📌Key Responsibilities
▫️Coordinate between the Design Team, Site Operation Team and clients.
▫️Manage design drawings, materials, samples and revisions.
▫️Ensure site teams receive the required drawings and design information on time.
▫️Source project materials and coordinate with relevant departments.
📌Requirements
▫️Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.
▫️Able to read and understand design drawings.
▫️Knowledge of interior decoration and furniture materials.
▫️Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
▫️Good communication and problem-solving skills.
▫️Relevant experience preferred.
3. SITE ENGINEER
Male • 2 Posts
📌Key Responsibilities
▫️Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
▫️Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams.
▫️Ensure work quality, safety and project timelines.
▫️Prepare site reports and resolve technical issues.
📌Requirements
▫️Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
▫️1–3 years of relevant experience.
▫️Able to read technical drawings and documents.
▫️Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
▫️Good communication and coordination skills
▫️Willing to travel when required.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays
