We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist to join our team at Boris Arcidiacono.

Boris Arcidiacono is an exclusive distributor of leading European brands in sleep and seating related products in Malta. The family-run company was established over a century ago and has always been a household name synonymous with the highest quality products in which it specialises in.

The role
We are looking for an experienced full-time digital marketer to work in-house and handle all things relating to having an online presence, including the launch and management of a new e-commerce website.

We are eager to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and to increase footfall through our doors. Your role will be to create tasteful and effective digital advertising campaigns for our luxury brands and products, across all platforms and media channels.

Our suppliers produce beautiful images, videos and even templates for us to work with, and we as a company will support you with sufficient marketing budgets to meet our targets. Working closely with the management team, you will have the opportunity to share and explore your expertise, passion, and ideas, and be supported with the implementation of new innovative strategies to drive our business forward and increase our online presence.

The ideal candidate will work in what we (and our clients) consider to be Malta’s most beautiful showroom. The flagship showroom is a calm and serene environment, positioned on Sliema’s promenade directly facing the sea, with plenty of natural light.

Main responsibilities

- Create a talented and well-structured digital marketing roadmap designed to turn us into one of the island's most prominent online brands

- Plan digital marketing strategies using best practices to drive traffic into the shop

- Create elegant and effective photo / video content and with a supporting marketing budget, boost company and brand awareness across all recommendable platforms

- Be the point of contact and supply a web development company with all things necessary to execute the launch of a new website

- Continuously manage said website once launched, maintaining fresh content, adjusting stock online, etc

- Get us up to speed and monitor SEO keywords to ensure continuous high ranking

- Review and refresh the content on existing social media platforms



Requirements and skills

- Proven experience and creativity in digital marketing concepts and best practices (previous work with high-quality brands is a plus)

- Excellent understanding of WordPress, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite

- Skillful management of lead generation, PPC, SEO, etc

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, follows current trends

- Experience of using analytical tools to improve campaign strategies

- Highly self-motivated and goal oriented

- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset

- Strong communication skills, organized and stress-resistant

- Proficient in the design tools necessary for your responsibilities

- Photography as well as experience in creating a digital catalogue of products and newsletters would be an asset
