🔥 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

From signed contract to final handover, you own the project.

You will:

✔ Plan production timelines
✔ Manage workshop coordination
✔ Allocate workforce efficiently
✔ Ensure material readiness
✔ Oversee installation scheduling
✔ Enforce quality control
✔ Protect profit margins
✔ Deliver projects on time

If a project is delayed — you solve it.

🧠 REQUIRED PROFILE

You MUST:

✔ Read technical drawings and cutlists effortlessly
✔ Understand modular cabinet production flow
✔ Think ahead (minimum 2 weeks planning)
✔ Command respect inside a workshop
✔ Be structured and disciplined
✔ Handle pressure professionally

Experience in kitchen / wardrobe manufacturing is mandatory.

Senior Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Project Lead | Melamine World Ltd | Mauritius. Tour Koenig

Melamine World Ltd is seeking a senior-level professional capable of managing modular kitchen and wardrobe projects independently and to a high standard.

This is a lead role within our workshop operations.
Training on our internal systems and standards will be provided.
Following this, full responsibility for project ex*****on is expected.

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 (𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘)

• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutlists accurately
• Execute complete kitchen and wardrobe projects at workshop level
• Drill, assemble, and fit hardware with precision and consistency
• Maintain structured organisation of panels, hardware, and workflow
• Deliver cabinets ready for installation, with no rework

All boards are pre-cut and edge-banded.
The role demands accuracy, accountability, and discipline.

𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦 (𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗢𝗨𝗦)

• Prepare or verify cutlists
• Convert cutlists into CNC drawings or programs
• CNC or cabinet software experience
• Ability to identify and prevent production issues

These competencies are rewarded accordingly.

𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦 & 𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗬

Melamine plywood & PVC plywood
Panel saw • Drilling machines • Edge banding
CNC experience is considered a strong advantage

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

-- Rs 25,000 – 30,000+ per month
-- Up to Rs 35,000+ for candidates handling projects and Cut list experience
