My Favor Bed

For Mattress and Bedframe, delivery by factory will take about 7 working days (for Klang Valley) and 14 working days (for other places in Peninsular Region). We do not accept order of Mattress and Bedframe for Sabah and Sarawak region. The Dreamland factory will contact you in 3-5 working days for the appointment for the delivery.

RETURNING POLICY

If the item has any defects, you have [7] calendar days to return an defect item from the date you received it. Only defect item can be returned to us. Contact us before you want to proceed for any returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
