📍 Persiaran Tropicana | Bespoke Residential Project

Located in Persiaran Tropicana, this exclusive residence offers over 200 square metres of private living space, with direct lift access to the unit.

Designed for a young family from China, the home reflects their clear vision of how they want to live — personal, practical and thoughtfully detailed.

Final drawings were confirmed at the end of May, and the project was completed by mid-August.

From the initial 3D renderings to the completed interior, our goal was not simply to make it “look similar”.

Every proportion, material, colour, feature and finishing detail was carefully executed to achieve as close to 100% design-to-reality accuracy as possible.

With the family’s extensive book collection, we designed a full-height feature bookshelf across the living area, turning storage into an integral part of the interior.

To make the upper shelves easily accessible, a solid timber rolling ladder was incorporated — combining functionality with a timeless library-inspired aesthetic and creating a distinctive focal point in the living space.

For the child’s bedroom, we developed a customised display system based on the homeowner’s own ideas, together with a writable and erasable wall surface that encourages creativity and allows the space to grow with the child.

The master bedroom features our latest maintenance-friendly linen-textured finish, delivering the refined appearance and tactile quality of fabric while remaining practical for everyday living.

From the statement skeletal-frame door design to concealed storage for luggage, household items and cleaning essentials along the passageway, every detail was carefully considered to achieve the right balance between aesthetics, functionality and everyday living.

Because true customisation isn’t about filling every wall with cabinetry.

It’s about understanding how a family lives — and making every inch of space work exactly where it matters.
