A slim reading light replaces the traditional bedside lamp. The floating vanity keeps the floor visually open. Warm indirect lighting softens the room after sunset.

Every decision was made to reduce visual noise, so rest becomes the focus.

Sometimes, good design isn't about adding more.

Natural light fills the space from end to end, while clean architectural lines allow the home to feel larger, calmer and effortlessly timeless.

Floor-to-ceiling windows pull daylight deep into the room, softened by full-height drapery that frames the view without demanding attention. A floating TV console keeps the wall visually light, while warm timber flooring grounds the space with quiet warmth.

Every element is intentionally restrained. Nothing excessive, nothing competing for attention. Just a living space designed to slow the pace of everyday life.

OPEN CALM & EFFORTLESS

A clean white kitchen stretches wall to wall, grounded by warm oak textures and softened by seamless lighting beneath every cabinet. The island quietly defines the space, becoming breakfast table, workspace, and gathering point all at once.

The concealed laundry sits behind frosted glass, keeping the everyday neatly out of sight. Every line is uninterrupted, every finish chosen to make the home feel brighter, lighter, and larger than its footprint.

MATTE VEIL | Concealed. Considered. Quiet.

The full-height wardrobe run disappears into the wall, matte greige fronts broken only by slim black hairline pulls set flush to the edge. Step past it and a reeded glass door reveals the walk-in, its warm internal lighting glowing through frosted panels framed in black steel. Every seam lines up, every handle is placed with intent, nothing here shouts for attention.

George Town made us who we are.

HERITAGE ROOTS | We are a George Town practice. Built in this city, shaped by its layers, proud of every street corner that reminds us why design matters. Today we pause with Penang to celebrate what makes this place unlike anywhere else in the world.

Our studio is closed today in honour of George Town Heritage Day. We resume tomorrow, refreshed and ready.
