The Atap.co Design Awards Student Icons (ADASI) 25/26 presentation and judging session was held at our PJ showroom, bringing together emerging design talent and industry voices in one space. The top 10 finalists presented their concepts and ideas shaped around this year’s theme, “Human-Centered Design: Spaces for Well-Being.”

A day of exchange, perspective, and design in motion, where ideas were presented, questioned, and considered in real time. Grateful to Atap.co for the opportunity to host and be part of the session.

An afternoon in collaboration with t o s for The Touch of Memory , a private dining experience presented in the lead-up to ArtMoments.id Jakarta 2026.
Furnishings by Big Brain formed the dining setting for the session, shaping the spatial framework for a shared table between artists, collectors, and invited guests. Designed to support moments of gathering, the setting quietly anchors the experience while allowing the surrounding works and conversations to take focus.

Intentional pairings explore how contrasting materials and forms can coexist. Warmth against restraint, softness against solidity, held together through balance rather than similarity.

Each piece is adaptable within the wider system, allowing combinations that shift in tone while while still feeling cohesive.

A modular sofa designed around structure rather than fixed form, with elements built to support different arrangements with ease.

Customisation is built into its design, allowing the configuration to shift while staying coherent. It adapts quietly, shaped to respond to the individual rather than define how it should be lived with.
