Throwback to a condo refurbishment project we completed early this year !

This unit had been rented to foreign workers for years and was in terrible condition when it was handed over to us—dirty, smelly, and with all the cabinets damaged. The owner wanted to refurbish the unit and rent it out as an Airbnb homestay but had no idea where to start, so they reached out to us for help.

We started by installing a covelight design plaster ceiling with warm lighting to create a cozy atmosphere. We also laid a layer of woodgrain SPC flooring over the existing floor tiles, giving the space a fresh and stylish look.

The transformation was incredible, turning the condo into a warm and inviting Airbnb that feels like a home away from home. We’re proud of the work we've done and excited to see guests enjoy this cozy space. The owner is thrilled with the results, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! 🏠✨

We're excited to share our latest custom-built furniture project for a young couple's new home at Iconia Garden Residence, Taman Impian Emas.

In the living hall, we used a bright color scheme with pine color woodgrain laminate and flute panels to create a welcoming and airy space. For the master bedroom, we chose darker woodgrain laminate to give the room a calm and serene atmosphere.

We’re delighted with how it turned out and look forward to helping more clients bring their dream homes to life! 🏡✨

We've transformed a condo into a chic Airbnb!

To keep costs down without compromising on style, we opted for a different approach compared to a typical ownstay renovation project. Instead of the usual high-cost wood panel feature walls, we engaged an experienced painter to create stunning patterns integrated with wainscoting panels, beautifully enriching the space. For the bedrooms, we used ready-made flute panels for the bedheads, which not only added a sophisticated touch but also significantly reduced fabrication time.

The result is a stylish and inviting space perfect for guests. This project truly showcases how thoughtful selections and smart choices can lead to a remarkable transformation! 🏠✨

Using a sleek Grey Monochrome Color Scheme, we’ve created a cohesive look throughout the entire house, covering the living room, dining area, wet kitchen, and master bedroom. The cabinet designs are clean and simple, yet the result is undeniably beautiful.

In the wet kitchen, we’ve designed built-in compartments for the washing machine and fridge, allowing them to blend seamlessly into the cabinetry. This project demonstrates how simple design can create a stylish home. 🏡✨

The clinic is beautifully designed with all the necessary facilities to function as a general practitioner clinic, providing a welcoming and homey atmosphere for patients.

Exciting news!

We've recently completed an impressive renovation project at Elata Haven, Setia Tropika. This corner unit double-storey terrace house has been transformed with a stunning double-storey extension, adding ample space for a spacious dining hall and wet kitchen on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a large yard between the dining hall and garden, sheltered by a beautiful woodgrain awning, making it perfect for gatherings and activities. And at first floor, we have expended a junior master room with its own balcony and private bathroom.

The house is fully furnished with custom-made built-in cabinets and feature walls, combining style and functionality. We're proud to have brought this vision to life and can't wait for you to see it! 🏡✨
