Today this title has 3 important point, of course all is related each another if we notice clearly. Now yidam wanted to explained and advice one by one for those point so everyone realize what morality teaching bring to us.

Definition: Every living being (no matter what species, importantly is concluded as living being like: human, animal or alien etc.) must realize clearly, our main purpose when existing in this universal is to Purify own and other to become saintly people, away from this purpose is wrong. Definition: nowadays, human kind is addict on working to earn money whole of life, that why this behavior is look like working slave/money slave. But in first point yidam already stated clearly, every living being exist in this universal just has one purpose: doing purify matter. Yidam ask everyone an question: working and money can bring us to become heavenly angel? Away from 6 wheel of karma life? Really will bring happiness and enjoyment to us? Answer: sure is not……………………. As yidam mention many time, main requirement to become heavenly angel/away from 6 wheel of karma life is to maintain prefect good morality whole of our life, far away any sin, or even purify other…………………. That easy just remember those concept:

· Far away to doing non-religion (non-significant)work like company, business, manufactory, commercial product etc. Just doing any work related to religion/purify matter like: produce religion product, volunteer to built an maximum 5 storey temple, transfer religion product etc.

· Obeying international working law which stated: standard working hour is 8, if excessive must acquired agreement by worker to do it, but not forcing, importantly must giving suitable OT salary.

· Try to rectify working tools/method to more automatic/light/easy to handle, which can save a lot of human labor/energy like: using automatic machine to produce any product, using carry machine to transfer heavily weight product, produce light product but still multifunction(old type desktop CPU compare ipad) as light product sure just need little labor to produce.

这题目本尊要劝导所有众生以便知道人格如何行才是好老板与好员工之规格！！！虽然工作主义/金钱主义根本就是一种错误发展，但由于人类还改不了，那如果能成为一位好老板与好员工，这是可以把罪业/灾害减到最低点，但不是完全没有灾害，皆因基础错误的做法，必然会有反效果无论做的多好！！！

回到重点，那好老板的规格要如何行呢？如下：

1. 不能拥有自私之心，应该把净赚好好地分配给所有员工，这样他人才可以过正常生活（跟得上生活开消），最正确的分配是经理30%/员工70%。。。。比如：我公司有15个员工，3个经理，每月净赚10万，那每名员工应该可以得到RM46++ 而每名经理可以得到RM1万。。。。。相反，如果老板很自私，往往只有净赚之10% 分配给员工，这表示每名员工只能得到RM666， 而老板却得到RM3万，试想想他人能跟得上生活消费吗？应该不能！！！这就形成多数人生活在贫苦阶段，少数人又太过富有！！！要明白，公司的净赚都是所有职员一起努力之成果呀，如果不需要我们应该也不会聘请那么多职员吧！！！

2. 要做到爱人如爱已，不要虐待/欺负/伤害职位比我们低的员工，在职场上可能有职位高低之分，但在真理而言个个都是有情众生，一样有感觉感受而无差别，所以要一视同仁。所以各位管理层对到员工要以仁对待之，不能有打-骂-杀-强迫-欺负-虐待-伤害-欺骗等等之恶行对待之！！！比如：要看员工心意，不能强迫他们做加时工/危险工/疲劳工或不能休息，如果员工拒绝/不情愿就无需勉强。。。。薪水要准时给和不能有欺骗成分（比如：迟了一个月才给，扣薪水而无有合理原因，甚至薪水也不出就炒他人鱿鱼）。。。。对到员工不能打打骂骂，应该以礼相待，无论给于命令或工务做错了等等。。。。要观察市价而升高薪水 （比如：净赚多了，物价高涨了等等），不能永远保持一样薪金水平（比如在公司做了十年还是刚来之薪水）。。。工作环境要打造出很美观/舒适/卫生/休闲之呈现，而不是要员工处在很恶之环境做工 比如：环境肮脏，空气污染，没地方休息，很热，没有私人桌椅，没有提供休闲设施等等。。。。。如果没有很好的理由（比如：为了净赚更多），请不要胡乱逼退任何员工（尤其做了很多年或智深职员），皆因他们无功也有劳，而且现今社会找工难或未必得到同等薪水值。。。。。。。

2. 一切顺其自然，无需伤感情，遇到不好的待遇可以以礼改善之，无需爆粗：如果对到上层/老板给予的待遇不满意，也无需打打骂骂甚至杀害，不然如果遇到的老板根性不好，那打骂投诉后不但改变不了什么，甚至老板还会记仇而变本加利陷害自门，那就真的得不偿失或者杀了人肯定都是错误的行为。可以尝试以礼投诉或开会讨论，可能比较有效，如果一样改不了那大不如辞职不做了，再找寻其他工作或自己开创做老板，也无需伤感情！！！

This title yidam wanted advice every human kind especially those who full of devil mind/desire, greed and selfishness, please don’t make this world hard to life, if no, we also will get painful sin punishment, as what our behavior bring suffering to other life soul ………..of course some will ask what mean by this title? To let everyone more clearly understand what it mean, yidam already write down several example:

· Aircraft company always produce airplane sell with expensive price, but without research/improve/teach knowledge to produce handy/easy/low cost/can D.I.Y to built air transportation tools like: UFO……even government will ban us to make transportation individually(need apply license so can collect tax income)…..even we fly above other country sky also need permit (occupy natural belonging)…. In another way, oil company will complaint/ban as those UFO is using natural power to fly, no need petrol………or worker within this company salary is no high as company profit maybe rate between few hundred until above ten thousand……… This kind of manner best show: those company/government is concentrate to earn money more then bring travel convenient to human kind, because if they research transportation like UFO and share knowledge, everyone can built it individually without need license, then no one buy their expensive and unique product (like nowadays one set of aircraft cost above 100million)…....government without tax income.....the sky is belong to me.....and also oil station can close down……if salary high their profit will less……….because of this devil manner, human kind always remain same place can’t travel around always/fast/without cost/instantly and human kind life very suffering because can’t withstand product/service cost!!!

· Airline company always sell air ticket with expensive price which doesn’t match up salary……like: someone salary is RM2K per month, and air ticket from Malaysia to china route trip can cost between RM1500 ~ RM5000, or mean 1 route trip is same as our 1 month labor salary………. In another mean, those airline company earn a lot of money/profit, but yidam notice that, salary of worker which work in this company some as low as few hundred per month, higher just above 10 thousand, it also show this company manager is so greed/selfishness until selling product with high price and just share little profit (maybe below 10%) to all worker, 90% profit come to own……………….problem is: if all company same manner of greed/selfishness like this, which salary can’t match up product/service price, then how can human kind survive? Or mean income and spend can’t balance…… Like my salary is RM5k per month but the house I buy is 1 million ………… or one laptop is RM3k …….one set of TV is RM5k……the car is RM50k ……route trip air ticket from Malaysia to Usa is RM7k….etc ………… it just will make minority become too richness, but majority cant life normally…………..
