At the start of this month, London's kicked off the first-ever retrospective outside Japan: "From Japan with Love". The visionary designer and creative director who helped bridge streetwear and luxury is one of the founding forces behind hype culture.

The exhibition features over 700 objects – 600 coming from NIGO’s own personal archive – charting NIGO’s expansive career from the back streets of Harajuku to the runways in Paris.

NIGO chose USM modular furniture to showcase his personal archive in the exhibition, using the same shelving system that displays his collection in his Tokyo studio.
