Same Budget. Better Leather.

Not all genuine leather is created equal. Different grades, thicknesses and finishes affect how your sofa feels, performs and ages.

But better leather doesn't always mean a higher price.

At Sofa Library, we've largely phased out thinner Soft Bovine Leather from our entry-level collection. Our new standard starts with Thick Leather, offering more substantial leather at a price you'd typically pay for thinner options elsewhere.

Depending on your budget, you could even enjoy a higher grade, including Full-Grain Aniline Leather.

Why settle for less when your budget could get you more?

Not all sofa warranties cover the same things.

A warranty may cover the frame or sofa structure, but that doesn’t mean the leather is covered.

At Sofa Library, our genuine leather is imported from Italy and comes with Italian certification, and we provide a 2-year warranty specifically on the leather.

Because we’re confident in what we put on our sofas.

Choose your leather sofa with confidence at Sofa Library.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿?

Full grain leather is made from the outermost layer of the hide, preserving the natural grain and surface characteristics of the leather.

You can see unique texture and feel the softness. Over time, the leather can develop a beautiful patina, adding more character to it. It’s a material meant to be experienced, not just viewed.

Sofa Library sofas are available in genuine full grain leather, offering an authentic leather experience for those who appreciate the natural character of the material.

Visit our showroom to touch, feel, and compare our leather selections.

𝗜𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁?

Not necessarily.

When you choose full grain or top grain leather, you’re choosing a natural material. And natural materials can come with natural variations.

You may see:
• Different grain patterns
• Stretch marks
• Natural wrinkles
• Scars
• Insect bite marks
• Slight colour differences

They are not automatically signs of damage or poor quality. In fact, these variations are part of what makes each hide unique.

Visit Sofa Library and learn what to look for when choosing real leather.

“Genuine Leather” is a broad term.

It can come in different grades, finishes, thicknesses, textures, and levels of quality. Two sofas can both have genuine leather labels, yet feel completely different when you touch and sit on them.

A photo can show you the design and colour, but it can’t tell you:
• What grade of leather is used
• The leather thickness and finish
• The texture and natural grain of leather
• How the leather feels
• How the sofa feels when you sit on it
• Which leather is more suitable for your lifestyle

So don’t just compare the photos and prices. Come and experience them for yourself.

Touch the leather. Sit on the sofa. Feel the comfort. Compare the different leather options at Sofa Library.

We’re raising the standard of our entry-level leather.

Moving away from the thinner Soft Bovine Leather, our entry-level collection now starts with THICK LEATHER.

It's a simple idea: give you more substantial leather at the price point you would typically expect to pay for a softer, thinner option.

So why settle for a thinner option when you can choose the better leather at the same price? Thick leather, better value.

Visit our showroom to touch, feel, and experience the difference.

Comfort isn't one-size-fits-all.

Some people love a sofa that feels firm and supportive. Others want to sink in, relax, and feel enveloped by softness.

Our feather sofas are designed with different layers of comfort, using feather where it enhances the way a sofa feels.

Feather-filled back cushions for that relaxed, sink-in feeling you want after a long day, and feather seat cushions paired with supportive structure underneath for that softer feel while maintaining the support you need.

It's not simply about adding feather. It's about using it in the right places to create the right kind of comfort.
