Efficient space utilisation isn't simply about fitting more into a floor plan. It's about ensuring each area contributes meaningfully to the overall experience while maximising the client's investment.

At The PxP Pickleball Club, one of the client's key objectives was to incorporate a pro shop where customers could experience and test paddles before making a purchase. Rather than treating it as a standalone retail zone, we integrated it into the guest journey by positioning it adjacent to the dining area for high visibility and easy access. This strategic placement allows the retail experience to become a natural extension of the club.

Come for the pickleball. Stay for the atmosphere.

At The PxP Pickleball Club, the experience extends well beyond the courts. The dining area was designed to bring together the energy of sport and the refinement of hospitality - creating a space where players can unwind, socialise, and linger long after the last match.

A rich palette of deep tones, warm finishes, textured upholstery, and marble surfaces establishes an atmosphere of sophistication. Inspired by the aesthetics of premium private clubs, this area strikes a careful balance between polished and approachable.

When The PxP Pickleball Club engaged us to design and build their flagship venue at Pavilion Damansara Heights, the brief was clear: create a premium indoor pickleball experience with an elegance reminiscent of Wimbledon, while remaining welcoming to players of all levels.

The result is a space that goes 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵.

Designed to cater to both leisurely social games and serious competition, the club balances performance with hospitality. From the courts themselves to the recovery facilities and lounge areas, every element was carefully considered to encourage people to stay, connect, and become part of a growing community.

Material selections, spatial planning, and the overall atmosphere were guided by a singular goal: 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯. The outcome is a venue that reflects a modern lifestyle - active, social, and experience-driven.

At their IOI City Mall boutique in Putrajaya, the intention was never about volume but rather about crafting a journey that feels personal, considered, and distinct from the conventional jewellery retail environment.

Rooted in its Malaysian identity, the space expresses itself through organic forms, tactile materials, and thoughtful details - even extending into the staff uniforms.

Every element plays a role in shaping a narrative that feels grounded, local, and quietly refined.

Luxury is felt most in the way a space makes you slow down, settle in, and stay awhile.

At Paramount Property Gallery @ The Ashwood, comfort and sophistication are designed to move hand in hand.

The meeting room and executive lounge were intentionally planned to flow seamlessly into one another - creating a spatial experience that feels cohesive, refined, and quietly luxurious. As the atmosphere shifts from discussion to relaxation, the transition between spaces feels effortless rather than abrupt.

Retractable partitions allow the environment to adapt with ease; opening up for connection and openness, or closing off to create moments of privacy, focus, and exclusivity. It’s a subtle design gesture that gives each space the flexibility to serve its own distinct purpose while maintaining a unified aesthetic language throughout.

Designed not just to impress, but to elevate the experience of every interaction within the space.

Before Ariff Communications moved into this unit at Menara SuezCap, the space was enclosed with layers of partitions and glass limiting openness and restricting the flow of natural light. When we were brought in to reimagine the space, our approach was simple: open it up, and let the light lead.

Rather than starting from scratch, we looked closely at what was already there. The existing steel and glass panels were carefully repurposed; retaining their function while giving them new life within a more open, breathable layout. This not only helped optimise project costs for the client, but also reduced unnecessary waste - proving that good design isn’t just about what’s added, but what’s thoughtfully preserved.

Before Ariff Communications took over this unit at Menara SuezCap, the space was heavily compartmentalised - layered with partitions that limited movement and connection.

Our approach was to open it up. To create a workspace that allows people to move freely, connect openly, and feel less confined by their environment.

The pantry - shown here - sits intentionally adjacent to the main workspace. A subtle but important move, making moments of pause feel natural and accessible, rather than something you have to “step away” for.
Perhaps the most meaningful detail: the dining table. A piece carried over from their first office. More than just furniture, it anchors the space with memory: a quiet reminder of how far the team has come, and the growth still ahead.
