Please can someone tell me in which planet this present generation was descended from. I just saw someone complaining that his father that is between 50 t0 60 years old is an old man that has nothing to offer to the family business again anymore. but to my greatest surprise, the person that was complaining that his father of 50 to 60 years old that has nothing to contribute or offer to the family growth business is busy campaigning to a man of 70 to 80 years old to rule the affairs of a nation.

Please people, what do we called this? Because i lost word and phrase i can use to qualified or quantified this person i saw complaining that his father of 50 to 60 years old is old to add value to their family business, is the same person campaigning for his great grandfather to be president
