Echoplus 40kva generator fixing of oil sortage due to turbo faulty

Sortage of oil in echoplus: two major factor are.
Wearing of rings and wobble of shaft of turbo.
Leakages from engine.
Solution: fix rings and buzzing of turbo. Then stop leakages

Center table made up of iron rod and flower glass

Repaired of 195 sifang diesel 7.5kw.
Replacement of rocker arm, rings and fan belt and nuzzle tip.

Two star iron chair

Simple conversion of carburetor to gas. Remove the carburetor chamber, floating jet and all things inside carburetor, replace them with gas kit as in picture below then cover all remaining hole with sealant. This is method that give full power like petrol.
Note it used to wear exhaust valve quick because gas do not have lubricating component like petrol.

When you are welding try to be using iron square for correct structure.
First tacking weld and observe that your structure is well shape before giving it full welding

Using petrol to s***f diesel engine all the time before it start can break piston and cause sleeve to crack or break.
Is better to change the rotor head or elements of injector pump to avoid this mess up

Overload can break crank shaft. Avoid overloading your generator
