The Way We Build en Afrique!
During the next years, 5 new university campuses will be built in Ivory Coast, to decentralize education and improve the accessibility of knowledge. Together with Cabinet ACA and Felixx we are working on the new campus in San Pedro. Located within the mountains around the city, the 300 hectares big site is supposed to give room for 20.000 students, turning the existing landscape conditions into strong drivers for spatial quality of the campus. The project is part of 'le programme de décentralisation des universités' and commissioned by the federal government, Le Cabinet du Premier Ministre.

As property prices continue to skyrocket in Amsterdam, the trend for micro apartments is growing. We designed a cool bachelor's pad in a total makeover renovation project in the East side of Amsterdam. More pictures soon.
