Sorry it's been so long since my last post! I've been busy relocating to Amsterdam, now it's time to dive into the market again! Overdue a new project, hands are itching to get to the tools again

It's beginning to look a lot like

Such a lovely sunny day here and the wedding set up is looking truly autumnal in its beauty. Mackay and Threads bunting and gorgeous garden bloom make for the perfect afternoon tea in the garden marquee.

So exciting to see my chairs in the lovely Shop of Interest on Argyle St in Finnieston. My Tshirt chairs may look modern and they are definitely fun! but they are still sticking to traditional upholstery. Built up from the frame with solid fabrics. A fire retardant material is used under the final Tshirt which helps with durability too.

The finished pouf. I was delighted to use this customer's nanna's curtain to cover the ottoman, not only thinking smart and reusing quality fabric, but what a lovely way to remember someone by, everyday she will remember where is came from and who loved it and loved her.

And to 'round' of the week a pouf. This little ottoman has a lot of sentimental value for the customer. Just wait till you see the fabric! Always nice to be part of the story, the next chapter in the life of a piece of furniture.

Two revamped Parker Knoll chairs ready to go back home! The order of leather piping finally came in and together with the Harris Tweed makes these two smart and pretty swish if I do say so myself!

Neat corners are so important! I might be a bit of a perfectionist but I hope you agree that taking time on the edges and fiddly bits is worth it! The Harris Tweed is looking lovely beside this wood.
