A proud moment for Hoek group!
We’re excited to share some great news! Two of our companies received recognition at the British Florist Association (BFA) Industry Awards 2026, and we’re so proud!

Wholesale flowers, plants & sundries won ‘Flower Supplier of the Year’, while Peter H Smith Limited secured third place in the ‘Local Flower Wholesaler of the Year’ category.

FleurEx 2026 in Nottingham was a great opportunity for Hoek flowers and Peter H Smith to catch up with customers, reconnect with industry partners and meet new faces. Hoek flowers also provided flowers for the Flower Lab demonstrations and workshops throughout the weekend, helping florists discover fresh ideas and techniques.

A huge thank you to everyone who voted, and to our customers and partners for your continued trust and support. We’re proud to see Hoek flowers and Peter H Smith recognised for their work and the relationships they’ve built across the floristry industry.

Good food, good music, great company. 🍔

Last Friday, our colleagues enjoyed a fantastic BBQ evening organised by our staff association.

With delicious food from Bas Bekooij Uw Slager, great music by Wout, and even better company, it was the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy a summer evening together.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, and to our staff association for organising such a fun evening. We had a great time! 💚

It’s been a month since IFTEX Kenya 2026🌺 And we’re still looking back on a successful week filled with valuable conversations and meaningful connections.

These photos from our stand capture what the exhibition was all about: reconnecting with trusted partners, meeting new faces, and discussing opportunities to grow together. While the event may be over, many of those conversations are continuing, and we’re excited about what lies ahead.

We’re looking forward to continuing these conversations and building strong partnerships in the months ahead🌸
