Often acting with no expectation of reward, these silent soldiers of kindness are integral to the development of caring communities and peaceful relationships. Starting May 2022, The REVERSEtheBAD Tour is a 10,500 km solo kayak tour from Halifax, NS to Mobile, Al to Halifax. Along the way, Mark Fuhrmann will be meeting people who have reversed the bad to help others, and in doing so, create bridges of peace one person at a time. The global response to peace is similar to a jigsaw puzzle, made up of unique pieces in every color, shape and size. All pieces are important to seeing the big picture. In the same way, each person can be one piece – through words and actions – in making a difference for peace. Bringing attention to Reverse the Bad will encourage others to take responsibility for strengthening their own communities with acts of kindness. No one alone can end poverty, famine, war or global warming. But, if many individuals take action, we create a climate where these issues can be resolved – one act – one piece – at a time. Let's do our part to complete the puzzle.
