Three days at 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen gave us the opportunity to speak with designers, architects, manufacturers, and industry leaders from around the world.

People were open and curious about how the Sondre chair is designed and manufactured, and about our ambition to change the way furniture is produced.

For us, design is about more than aesthetics. It is about creating the conditions for ethical production, inclusion, and cooperation across the value chain.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with us!

We’ve delivered Sondre chairs to GC Rieber and their new building Fenderen in Bergen.

But these are not just chairs.
This is the beginning of a system change.

♻ Furniture made from upcycled wood from local waste streams
🏭 Produced locally through supported employment
🌱 An inclusive production process, free from harmful chemicals

2050 Furniture is a gentle rebellion. Sondre is just the beginning.
