Job Location: Kathmandu
Role : Showroom Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.

Responsible for effective conversion of walk in customers.

Responsible for effectively communicating with prospective customers and conversion into sales.

Responsible for managing the team of designers and technical staffs at the showroom to increase conversion.

Responsible for Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and plan actions.

Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the showroom as per the organizations brand requirement.

Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom.

Desired Skill :
Candidate should be Dynamic, Smart and Result-oriented having good sales experience in handling/selling products related to Modular kitchen / furniture / consumer durable / Home appliances.

Good leadership skills.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Salesmanship

Experience : 3 Year Plus

Preferred: Not below 30 years.

The ideal candidate should have 3 plus years of experience in handling/selling in a Showroom related to Modular kitchen / furniture / consumer durable / Home appliances.
