Key Responsibilities:
✅ On-site project supervision
✅ Monitoring daily construction activities
✅ Quality control and safety assurance
✅ Coordination with contractors and consultants
✅ Reporting and documentation

Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
🔸 Proven experience in managing construction sites
🔸 Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
🔸 Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
🔸 Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other civil engineering tools
