A Contemporary Luxury residential project that balances warmth with high-end architectural detailing. The design language is consistent throughout, utilizing a palette of champagne tones, warm wood grains, and sophisticated "Neo-Classic" wall moldings.

# # # 1. Living & Entrance (The "First Impression")
The Entrance: Uses vertical louvers and integrated strip lighting to create a sense of height. A curved archway niche with a gold-leaf deity acts as a focal point, blending traditional spiritual elements with modern geometry.

Living/Lobby: Features a stunning under-stair landscape with stone cladding and floating display boxes. The flooring transitions from polished marble-effect tiles to warm wood planks, defining the transition from the "public" lobby to the "private" lounge.

The Main Living: A large L-shaped sectional in taupe anchors the space. The ceiling design is the standout feature, using recessed cove lighting and a unique floral-inspired central fixture.

# # # 2. Kitchen Cum Dining
The Kitchen: A minimalist U-shaped layout with handle-less cabinetry in a matte "greige" finish. The use of a continuous marble backsplash and waterfall island maintains a clean, seamless look.

The Dining Area: Focuses on symmetry. A custom glass-fronted crockery unit is flanked by warm lighting, while a gold mountain-scape wall sculpture adds texture and luxury to the dining experience.

# # # 3. Private Suites (Master Bedroom)
Master Bedroom: Defined by a large, suspended ceiling tray that mirrors the bed's footprint. The walls feature classic boiserie (molding), while the window bay is converted into a functional daybed/storage nook.
