Hey Bella fans... we had a winter break "thank you" for your patience!!
However
Upon our return to the daily toil ...
We have decided to use our Bella kitchen to be a production kitchen & take the very best of Bella forward to "CHEZ SIMO"
Our new bistro/coffee shop/ deli - a new exciting concept! We have spent 3 years studying the needs of "communities "
And at 399 Ilam Road in Fendalton Village (we live here and love it to bits one of our sons is a prefect at Burnside and would welcome any students or parents to apply for positions from chefs - waiters - baristas- cleaners ! We would love to accommodate everyone..

We are so excited - after losing 3 very successful Simo's due to the earthquakes- Chez Simo is so extremely exciting

Thank you for loving Mosaic and Bella ... Mosaic will continue under our umbrella to be amazing, our Salads and other deli items exclusive to Fresh Choice Barrington and City Market of which we are incredibly proud to have been associated with over the last 3 years.
