Gary Todd is the Architect and Project Manager for the adaptive reuse of the Hillside Managers Office for Takutai Trust and Southern Heritage Trust. We are seeking registration of interest from future tenants for 2025 of the refurbished two storied building to come forward and make contact to obtain further details.

The Maungawera Farmhouse.
The outdoor kitchen showcases a large shuttered concrete fireplace, shuttered concrete walls, macrocarpa timber milled from a tree on the property, plywood lined soffit’s and polished concrete floor.
The materials used provide a balance of rustic rawness but equally have the ability to blend into the surroundings.
