Another we job underway! Another appalling building job for us to fix! MDF exposed to the weather & even gib board packers to put the window in! We thought we had seen it all before but this one is a wee beauty! 🤣🤣🤣🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒

This seems to be the year of fixing other people’s dodgy building & plumbing work!
An up hill waste pipe from the washing machine & also connected to a dishwasher has wrecked this entire floor! ⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨

Inbuilt fire place lifted into place this morning with some help from the boys from Lanceley Pluming & Drainage. Wall linings & halve in place ready for the flue to be installed before our final plumbing inspection! ⚒️🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨
