Kingpost Timberworks is a small company designing and producing fine, handmade timber furniture and products for clients throughout Auckland and New Zealand. Joey Chalk custom creates timber furniture and fittings and specialises in the design and build of plywood kitchens and bathrooms.
This large island is pretty much complete, time to finish all the drawers.

Oak kitchen island is coming together well.

My client sent through this Pic of the recently finished kitchen i made the cabinetry for. Looking good.
This is the first stage of a pretty cool white Oak kitchen, there is a total of 23 solid Oak drawers so I spent a half day tweaking the process on my pantorouter and the results are perfect dovetails!

Final details sorted on this vanity today.
Kitchen island , classic vinegar and steel wool to blacken the Oak.
Not far away now.
I think the last time I had the set up for pressing skateboards was in 2009. I just need a shipment of veneer and 'ChalkBoards' will be up and running again!
