🌸 A FREE Weekend of Relaxation, Pampering & Connection Just for You 🌸
To the incredible Northland women who have faced breast cancer: you’ve spent so much time being strong—now it’s time to let us take care of you.
We have a few spots left for our Rising Hearts Retreat, which invites 10 breast cancer survivors to a tranquil Northland sanctuary for a completely free weekend away. Give yourself the gift of space to unwind, recharge, and share laughs with a group of women who truly understand your journey.
The Details
When: Mid-afternoon Friday, Nov 6th – Sunday, Nov 8th
Where: A peaceful, private Northland retreat
Cost: 100% FREE (Supported by 2–3 loving volunteer hosts)
What to Expect: Relaxation, rejuvenating activities, great food, and cozy shared accommodation (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; room/bed sharing expected).
Who Can Attend?
Northland resident Breast cancer survivors who have completed active treatments (surgery, chemo, radiation) and are at least 6 weeks post-surgery. (Health check/doctor's note may be requested if needed)
First-time attendees only, as spaces are limited to give everyone a chance!

Note: Spaces are limited to 10 guests. If applications exceed capacity, selections will be made by the Board of Trustees, whose decision will be final.

Thank you to everyone who attended our annual mid-winter Christmas dinner at the Whangarei yacht club on Sunday! We had a wonderful day with our breast cancer whānau enjoying great food, company, Santa, raffles and more 🥰.
We were also honoured to have Northland Regional Manager Charli Timms from Cancer Society Northland come and speak about the new Lodge and radiation centre in Whangarei, and also our dear sponsor Marge from Albies Den in Maungaturoto. Here are a few photos from the day 🎄
