Asana Panama is a beautiful 6 cabin resort located in Puerto Armuelles Panama on the Pacific ocean. We specialize in booking yoga retreats for studios and can accommodate up to 12 people. Included is 7 nights 6 days accommodations. All cabins have private bath, mini kitchen with microwave and fridge. After moving to Panama in February and Puerto Armuelles. I have made the decision to not market week long yoga retreats. While I love Puerto. I feel it cannot sustain a week retreat. If you are interested in coming and staying at the resort for a shorter retreat with your group,I am happy to guide you. I do have mats, blocks and straps for a small rental fee. You would book directly with the inn. Contact me if you would like to do something here in Puerto. Maybe in the future there will be more in Puerto to support a week long retreat.
