HOW TO BUY

Step 4 – Pay the Reservation Fee at the Cashier. Step 5 – After paying, wait for Admin and Sales Marketing briefing. Step 6 – After one month, start paying the monthly down payment until fully paid. Step 7 – Submit all the requirements too within 30 days. Step 8 - After 12 months, your loan will be processed and taken-out by the bank. 2. If you pay full DP, you may request early house construction subject to approval.

3. Estimated completion of house construction is 12 months including bank loan processing. WHEN IS THE TURN-OVER OF THE HOUSE OR WHEN CAN YOU MOVE-IN?
