1. Magkano ang Gastos sa Land Survey?

2. Mga Uri ng Land Survey

✅ Relocation Survey
• Para malaman ang tamang boundaries ng lupa kung nawala o natanggal ang mohon (boundary markers).
• Kadalasang ginagamit sa away-lupa o pag-aayos ng boundary disputes.

✅ Subdivision Survey
• Ginagamit kung gusto mong hatiin ang lupa para ipamana, ibenta, o iparehistro bilang bagong individual lots.
• Mahalaga ito sa mga magkakapatid na naghahati ng lupa mula sa magulang.

✅ Consolidation Survey
• Para sa pagsasama-sama ng maraming maliliit na lupa upang gawing isang titulo lang.
• Ginagamit ito sa mga developers o may malawak na agricultural land.

3. Proseso ng Land Survey at Paano Ito Gawin?

✅ Step 1: Maghanap ng Licensed Geodetic Engineer
• Siguraduhin na licensed sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ang pipiliin mong surveyor.

✅ Step 2: Magpa-Estimate ng Gastos

• Siguraduhin na kasama sa quote ang survey fee, processing fee, at miscellaneous expenses.

✅ Step 3: Magbigay ng Required Documents
• Certified True Copy ng Title (kung may titulo)
• Tax Declaration (kung wala pang titulo)
• Barangay Certification (kung agricultural land)

✅ Step 4: Actual Survey ng Geodetic Engineer
• Pupunta ang engineer sa lupa upang markahan ang boundaries gamit ang total station o RTK
• Minsan, kakailanganin ng witnesses o katabing may-ari ng lupa para sa verification.

✅ Step 5: Processing ng Survey Plan sa DENR
• Ang resulta ng survey ay kailangang ipasa sa DENR para sa approval bago ito magamit sa titling o land registration.

4. Paano Makatipid sa Gastos ng Land Survey?

• Mas mura kung sabay-sabay na ipapasukat ang mga magkakatabing lupa.

5. Panghuling Payo
