Knowledge of the theory and practical repair and maintenance of various electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems and devices.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction and maintenance practices and procedures.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance system principles and objectives.

Skill in the practical application of electrical and mechanical testing devices to diagnose system/equipment failures or efficiency levels.
Skill in operating a variety of hand and power tools.

Ability to read and apply electrical and mechanical plans, complex circuit schematics, blueprints.

Ability to compute and apply electrical formulas.
