The contractor shall-
1. PROVIDE labor and materials
2. CLEAN/ BLEACHING concrete substrate.
3.THERMOPLASTIC INJECTION on large cracks
4. WATERPROOF entire firewall using (2)ply of IMPORTED FIBERGLASS MEMBRANE and to apply ( 6 ) coats of INDUSTRIAL RUBBERIZED WATRPFNG SEALANT/PAINT.
5. RUBBERIZE PATCHING on entire newly applied FIBERGLASS MEMBRANE .
6. PAINTING
