SOIL TREATMENT (ST) -To prevent subterranean termites from damaging nearby wood we treat the soil around your house/building by cordoning, trenching or injection methods using MAPECON's effective F-3D (good for 3 decades). F-3D contains not only time-tested persistent termiticides but also MAPECON's patented insecticide concentrate (Pat. 16556) and organic lignin material (Pat. 13155) which long-lastingly bonds the F-3D with the soil creating an uninhabitable environment for subterranean termites.
TERMITE ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (TAMP) - If your home is in a termite-infested area, there's nothing like a regular termite check-up. During this monthly or quarterly visits, our trained technician inspects all crevices, surfaces, corners, and placed conducive to termite attack. And he treats any signs of infestation by dusting or trophallaxis method, wood injection, residual spraying or other similar techniques using MAPECON F-3 powder termiticide and/or F-3D when needed. Regular TAMP inspections and treatments minimize the possibility on an infestation by dry and damp wood termites as well as by subterranean termites.
WOOD DRENCHING (WD) - With this service, we treat all infested parts of the home/building, concentrating on floor, walls, cracks, ceilings, and crevices by direct spraying of MAPECON F-3D to control surface infestations and help minimize further infestation. F-3D mixed either kerosene, turpentine, varnish, diesel oil can be used as wood preservative. F-3D is effective against wood rot.
DRILLING - Using heavy-duty drills for cemented areas and soil injectors for compacted soil, we can inject MAPECON F-3D deep under the surface to penetrate the hidden areas so susceptible to subterranean termites thus giving you a greater protection package.
TERMITE MOUND DEMOLITION (TMD) - Termite mounds are the homes of subterranean termites where the termite queen live and lay eggs. Our men search for these termite mounds, destroy them and thoroughly treat the surrounding area.
TERMITE PROOFING WORK (TPW) - The TPW is solely for homes or buildings about to be constructed. In involves 3 phases, namely: Phase 1 - Soil Poisoning Treatment of the foundation excavation prior to cementin. This includes the whole interior soil surfaces and the area along the outside perimeter of the building or home. Phase 2 - Treatment of the Building Skeletal Framework including rough hollow-block wallings, floor beams, joints, girders, frames, windows, doors, ceiling frames. Phase 3 - Final Treatment includes application of MAPECON F3 powder termiticide in all places susceptible to termite passages. This is done after the building or home is completed and ready for occupancy.
BUKBOK ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - Wood - boring beetles or "bukbok" make pinholes in your walls causing sawdust on your floors. Although much smaller than termites, this pest is much harder to control. We do BAMP in two main steps: (1) We spray the infested area, and (2) We inject every pinhole with termiticide solution F3D (in kerosene or water) to wipe out infestation.
