BBC news flash: Ube is having a moment.

We’d like to introduce the star of that moment: LILA. Launching May 4th as part of our new seasonal specials, Lila is a soft, ube-hued dream that tastes as good as she looks. Naturally sweet and perfectly refined, she’s proof that some trends are worth the hype.

Mark your calendars. The new menu arrives Monday.

I T O K I S H Pop-Up Series for Creatives

In times like these, it is often the quiet, creative voices that are the first to be affected.

With what is unfolding in the Middle East, we recognize that beyond the headlines are individuals and small studios, designers, makers, storytellers whose work is disrupted, whose access to markets becomes uncertain, and whose momentum is suddenly put on hold.

I T O K I S H began in a similar place.
Not with scale, but with an idea.
With belief, instinct, and the courage to begin.

And because we know what it means to start small, we also know when it is time to give back.

We are opening our space to a small number of creatives, 4 to 5 brands across fashion, décor, accessories, and related disciplines for a 4-day pop-up at I T O K I S H, offered free of charge.

This is envisioned as a recurring initiative possibly once a month creating an ongoing space for creative voices to be seen, shared, and supported.

A space to be seen.
A space to share.
A space to continue.

We will provide the essentials tables, shelves, and hanging rods—so you can focus on what matters most: your work and your story.

We are especially drawn to voices from outside Metro Manila, those who often have less access to platforms, but carry equal depth, intention, and craft.

If this finds you at the right time, we would be honored to hear from you.

Naoshima l LIFE

You meet Ando, Turrell, Kusama and others.
You step into a dark room, only to find—it’s just a dark room.
You eat pizza and feel perfectly happy about it.

Early morning coffee. Empty streets. You wonder if anyone even lives here.

A white sand beach stretches before you, and you imagine how it would glow in summer.

We climb a hill to an old house for sushi. No convenience stores, no rush—just quiet.

An island full of art.
Architecture that takes your breath away.
This is Naoshima.

Quiet Royal Bloom

Royal Danish porcelain soup plate, c.1890–1923. Hand-painted florals drift across a softly scalloped rim, enriched with delicate relief and a fine gilt edge. Marked with the crowned Danmark stamp and Øresund waves, it reflects quiet refinement and enduring European craftsmanship.

Stillness, shaped by time.

Once a living tree, now turned to stone — each grain and shadow preserved by centuries. These petrified wood obelisks stand quiet and grounded, where nature meets form, and history becomes sculpture.

For spaces that favor stories over statements.

I T O K I S H — guided by culture.

Sculpted Stillness

Sculpted stillness in charcoal glass—etched, grounded, and quietly striking. A vase that lets form and shadow speak.

I T O K I S H — where beauty lingers.

Form in Stillness

Architectural in form, gentle in light.

Marble shaped into balance and restraint, where structure meets softness.

ITO KISH - design, in quiet dialogue.
