* Perform basic surveying skills.
* Handle plotting of titles.
* Be willing to travel for field inspections.

1. Appraiser / Field Inspector
Qualifications & Skills:
* Graduate of BS Engineering, Architecture, and/or Real Estate Management.
* Basic Real Estate Appraisal knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel, Basic Autocad).
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform basic surveying skills.
* Handle plotting of titles.
* Be willing to travel for field inspections.

2. Admin / Office Staff
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fresh Graduates are welcome (BSREM is a plus factor but not necessary).
* Must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
* Literate in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT).
* Ability to multi-task is an asset.
* Knowledge of how to process permits and other government documents.
