: In line with the implementation of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), Philippine Airlines has suspended all domestic flights to and from Metro Manila between August 4 and 18.
"All domestic flights to and from Manila (MNL) from August 4 to 18, 2020 are canceled in line with the Philippine Government's classification of Metro Manila (the National Capital Region) as a Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine or MECQ area for this 14-day period," PAL said.
The flag carrier said domestic flights to and from Clark, Cebu, Davao, and other cities other than Manila will remain operational. International flights are also not affected, subject to further guidelines from authorities.

DAILY FLIGHT UPDATE: List of airports with commercial flights as of 29 June 2020, 7:00PM
Airlines have scheduled commercial flights at 17 airports in the country after Local Government Units (LGUs) allowed the commercial operation of airports in their respective areas.
Some airports, while allowing commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
Note that the resumption of regular commercial flights depend on coordination and conditions imposed by LGUs.

[Updated as of 27 June 2020] AirAsia’s updated list of flights until 15 July
Following AirAsia’s resumption in the Philippines on 5 June, more commercial flights are being arranged as we restore our domestic network.
The resumption of services will initially be for key domestic routes and will gradually increase to include international destinations in the following months.
Updated routes are based on new developments following coordination with our partners in the government, including local government units.

In line with the recent flight cancellations brought about by the COVID-19 issue, please refer to the handling guidelines set by various airlines for your easy reference:
All Cebu Pacific and Cebgo domestic and international flights remain cancelled from May 16 to 31, 2020. This is in line with the implementation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine over Metro Manila.
I. Airline Flight Cancellation options due to COVID-19 (March 15 – May 31,2020)
Passengers on cancelled flights are encouraged to take any one of the following options:
1. REBOOKING
‐ Waived Rebooking Fee and Fare Difference
‐ Rebook to any other travel date within three (3) months
2. TRAVEL FUND
- Travel Fund is now valid for one (1) year.
- Use it to either book a flight up to one (1) year ahead, or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc).
* If the Travel Fund is not used within one (1) year, passengers can get a full refund.
3. FULL REFUND
‐ To be made according to the mode of payment.
- Processing of refunds will start after the Community Quarantine is lifted and regular work schedules resume. However, due to the unprecedented volume of requests for refunds, the process will take as long as three (3) to four (4) billing cycles.
II. Voluntary Cancellation options due to COVID-19 (June 01 to September 30)
- To provide added flexibility for passengers with booked flights from June 01 to September 30 but wish to change their travel plans, Cebu Pacific is offering the following options:
1. REBOOKING
‐ Waived Rebooking Fee only. Fare Difference may apply.
‐ Rebook to any other travel date within one (1) year.
2. TRAVEL FUND
‐ Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund, now valid for one (1) year.
- Decide and book travel within a year for flights as far as one (1) year ahead.
