Find out what are the terms and conditions of FREE Home Guard CCTV Installation:

· Installation is applicable only to Homeguard Wired and Wireless Kits.

· Installation is applicable within Metro Manila only.

· A fixed transportation fee of PHP1,000 will be shouldered by the customer.

· Free installation is based on an open wiring cable installation only (cable tie or clip type only).

· If CCTV cable length is not sufficient based on the location of DVR to CCTV, customer will shoulder the cost for additional wiring/cables.

· Installations should be carried out in easily accessible areas without the need of additional labour work, any materials needed (cable trunking, double sided tape, etc.) will be shouldered by the customer.

· No exceptionally high ceilings.

· Installation dates is within working hours from 9:00am ‘til7:00pm only, Monday thruSaturday. Our representative will contact you for scheduling. (if no one had contacted you within 48hours, please contact or email us from thedetails provided below)

Remote Viewing & IT Issues:

If UTechnologies representative is unable to configure the remote viewing on the day of the scheduled installation due to IT technical issues, ISP unavailability or lack of details such as router IP address, Username and Password. UTechnologies will not reschedule visit unless customer willshoulder travel expenses.

UTechnologies or its affiliates cannot be held liable for Customer IT issues such as change of router, failed connection, change of internet service provider, rest of router, and loss of settings on the router or a new operating system.
