As Edward Gallagher of Ireland emerged as the pioneering champion, he took home a token of pride that reflects the same level of world-class craftsmanship seen on the competition floor. Every platter tells a story, turning thousands of upcycled chopsticks into a sophisticated, carbon-negative stage for the perfect sear.
