Alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 2025-001 S.2025 na ipinalabas ng butihing Punong Lungsod Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II hinggil sa pansamantalang pagpapaliban ng lahat ng programa kaugnay sa Septage Management—kabilang na ang pangongolekta ng Environmental Fee—nais naming ipabatid na simula Hulyo 1, 2025, pansamantalang ihihinto ang pagsingil at koleksyon ng Environmental Fee para sa lahat ng apektadong konsyumer.

Bahagi ito ng mas malawak na layunin ng Pamahalaang Lungsod na masusing suriin at pag-ibayuhin ang mga umiiral na polisiya upang makapaghatid ng mas episyente, makatao, at makakalikasan na serbisyo para sa mga mamamayan.
