A Prayer for the Victims of the Floods in Nepal
Merciful Father,
Our hearts are broken for the people of Nepal who have suffered this devastating tragedy. We mourn every life lost, every family shattered, and every home swept away by the waters.
Receive the departed into Your eternal embrace. Comfort the grieving, strengthen the survivors, and shelter those who have been left with nothing.
Through the maternal intercession of Our Lady of the Rosary, Mother of Sorrows and Comforter of the Afflicted, wrap the people of Nepal in her loving protection. May she bring their tears before Your Son, Jesus Christ, and obtain for them courage, healing, and hope.
Lord, remember Nepal in Your mercy.
Hold the departed in Your peace,
and hold the living in Your heart.
May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen.
Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for the people of Nepal.
Jesus, Prince of Peace, have mercy on them.
