Site Engineer

Qualifications
> Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
> Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required)
> 2 years experience in construction (site-based)
> Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials
> Can read and interpret plans, BOQ, and specifications
> Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting
> Physically fit and willing to stay on-site
> Good leadership and coordination skills

Job Description
> Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done according to plans and specifications
> Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
> Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
> Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
> Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
> Check quality of work and implement corrections when needed
> Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring
> Handle site inspections and client coordination when required

Accountant

Qualifications
> Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
> CPA is a strong advantage
> 3–5 years experience in accounting (construction experience is a big plus)
> Knowledge of BIR compliance, taxes, payroll, and financial reporting
> Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
>Can work independently

Job Description
> Handle full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger)
> Prepare financial statements and reports
> Manage payroll, billing, and collections
> Ensure compliance with BIR and government requirements
> Monitor project costs and expenses
> Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
> Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies
> Maintain organized financial records

HR (Human Resource)

Qualifications
> Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
> 2 years experience in HR and admin functions
> Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
> Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and documentation
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills
> Organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
> Experience in construction industry is a plus

Job Description
> Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
> Manage employee records, contracts, and onboarding
> Process payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
> Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
> Handle employee concerns, discipline, and engagement
> Assist in office administration and company documentation
> Support management in HR strategy and staffing needs
