Ano work mo? VA po.

Ano yon? This was 5 years ago when someone asked me what I do for living.

But now. Ano work mo? VA po. Wow. Sana all nasa bahay lang nagtatrabaho. I can really feel the difference now.

Kung dati hindi kilala ang freelancing industry ngayon many wants to become a VA.

Dahil sino ba naman ang ayaw magwork ng nasa bahay lang diba? Kasama ang mga mahal sa buhay.

Pero hindi lahat ay fit sa ganitong trabaho. Hindi
lahat gusto na nasa bahay lang. Kaya nasa sayo kung ano ang pipiliin mo. You will always have a choice.

For someone like me na okay lang talaga na nasa bahay madali for me ang ang magwork-from home. Pero yong iba ayaw ng ganitong set-up.

Kasi iba-iba tayo ng gusto sa buhay.
Pero we have common goals, ang magkaroon ng masaya at magandang buhay kasama ang mga mahal natin.

Kung nasa anong estado ka man ngayon, I pray for your success and for your happiness.

Ano man ang piliin mo, ang importante masaya ta kunteto ka.

🌟 Sharing a little win today 🌟

As a freelancer, one of the hardest things to do is pitching for a higher rate. Nakaka-kaba siya, kasi you’re not sure if your client will agree or not. Pero I told myself “Sheil, you’ve been working hard for 5 years, never stopped learning, and added so many skills… you deserve this.” 💪

It wasn’t an easy road. There were countless hours spent studying, testing, and sometimes failing.

From starting out as a simple Social Media Manager, ngayon I can also do web design, funnel design, Facebook ads, marketing strategy, graphic design, video editing, and email/SMS automation. Ang dami kong pinasok na niches kasi I know the more I learn, the more value I can give. 📈🎨💻

We are talking here for about 30minutes for our strategy for next month and at the end of conversation, I finally pitched my rate and guess what? My client said YES. 🙌 Super thankful and lucky to have such an appreciative client who really values what I bring to the table. 🤍🤍🤍

To my fellow freelancers (lalo na sa mga kapwa Pinoy): wag kayong matakot to ask for what you’re worth. ✨ As long as you keep learning, keep improving, and stay dedicated, clients will see your value. Your growth deserves to be recognized.

This is not just about earning more, it’s about respecting yourself, your skills, and the years you’ve put into your craft. 🌟

So if you’re still doubting yourself, here’s your sign: You are worth it. Level up. Pitch that rate. Believe in your value. 🚀🇵🇭
