CIS APAYAO BACK IN ACTION
6-7 April 2023: CIS APAYAO's Officers and Members particularly of CIS Lower Apayao District and CIS Conner Municipal Chapter have partnered with the PNP on the conduct of Police Assistance Desk in line with Kasimbayanan Program of the CPNP dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran (MKK+K).
CIS Members of Lower and Conner lead by their Presidents, CIS Ptr Norlie Marques Pagdilao and CIS Rolan Aswigue respectively have rendered voluntary services with MPS of Luna and MPS of Conner in manning different established Police Assistance Desk in their respective areas to ensure peaceful and orderly observance of the Holy Week and Summer Vacation.
CIS Apayao Provincial president Shenggay Bee lauded the sacrifices of the members in her message via messenger, she wrote, "Great job partners! Salute to all of you for upholding the CIS advovacy. Your selfless service as volunteers is priceless and will live on forever!
The truest display of the essence of Holy Week is sacrifice for others! Mabuhay ang CIS!"

Different chapter of CIS Cagayan and CIS Apayao partnered with the different Local Government Units and PNP Units in manning assistance centers established in religious establishments, main thoroughfarers and natural recreation areas. CIS Tuguegarao led by Pres. Edmund Mallari, CIS Lasam led by Pres. Benjie Deza and CIS Gattaran led by Pres. Romy Salvatierra, CIS Lower Apayao led by Pres. Ptr Norlie Marques Pagdilao deployed their members during the first day of the lenten season with objectives of ensuring the health, safety and security of the pilgrims and the general public by voluntarily rendering service.
