DESIGNED TO FEEL LIKE HOME:::

Welcome to our recently completed one-bedroom Airbnb design project at Congressional Towers.

From the moment you walk in, the space greets you with a sense of warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. Soft, refreshing colors meet the eyes, and the greenery, tactile fabrics, and thoughtfully curated pieces create a feeling of relaxation and comfort.

As you move through the space, each area tells part of the same story. The living room feels inviting, the dining and kitchen areas encourage you to settle in, and the bedroom becomes a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Small details throughout provide character without taking away from its sense of calm.

Designed as an Airbnb unit, we wanted to create more than a beautiful place to stay. We wanted guests to experience that unmistakable feeling of arriving somewhere unfamiliar, and somehow immediately feeling at home.

Take a walk through the space and experience it for yourself.

A QUIET KIND OF COMFORT:::

Some rooms simply look beautiful. Others make you feel like home the moment you walk in.

This bedroom has a softness to the space that feels welcoming, the kind that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and feel that the day can finally end. Because it isn’t just about how everything looks together. It’s about how the space makes you feel when you’re in it.

When designing an Airbnb unit, we want guests to open the door and immediately feel that they could settle in, get comfortable, and make the space their own, even if only for a few days. Because after a long day, sometimes the greatest luxury is simply having a beautiful place where you can switch off and feel at home.

Want to create a space your guests will remember not only for how it looks, but for how it made them feel?

Send us a message and let’s bring it to life.

SMALL TOUCHES, DISTINCT CHARACTER:::

A space becomes memorable through the details that give it life, character, and a sense of distinct identity.

For this recently completed 1BR Airbnb at Congressional Towers, every finishing touch was intentionally curated. Natural wood, woven textures, ceramics, greenery, soft textiles, warm terracotta accents, and contemporary black details create layers of visual interest without making the space feel busy.

Even the smallest details were considered. From the styling of open shelves and kitchen counters to the interplay of cushions, artwork, plants, candles, and decorative objects, each element has its own presence, yet everything is part of one beautiful space.

The result is a warm, cozy and homey atmosphere that is thoughtfully put together. Because ultimately, good design is experienced not only in the room as a whole, but in the details you continue to notice once you’re in it.

Want us to bring the same level of detail and intention to your space? Send us a message and let’s create something distinctly yours.

A HOME IN EVERY DETAIL::: 1BR CONDO UNIT AT CONGRESSIONAL TOWERS (LIVING-DINING-KITCHEN AREA)

Designed as an Airbnb that feels less like temporary accommodation and more like coming home, this recently completed one-bedroom design and renovation project balances character, comfort, and functionality within a compact space.

The design unfolds through a soft, nature-inspired palette of sage green, warm wood, layered neutrals, natural textures, and touches of terracotta. Bold veining on the stone backsplash and black-framed mirrors introduce contrast and definition, while greenery brings freshness and life throughout the space.

From maximizing storage to maintaining an open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, every decision was made with the guest experience in mind - easy, welcoming, visually cohesive, and comfortable enough to settle into.

The result is an Airbnb with its own quiet identity: warm, grounded, refreshing, and effortlessly inviting.

One of our recent design and renovation projects, this one-bedroom unit was transformed with a clear intention: to create a space that feels bright, positive, refreshing, and full of energy.

Every detail from the custom cabinetry and integrated work areas to the layered furnishings and decorative accents was designed to maximize the space while giving it a distinct personality. The result is a compact space that feels warm and inviting, and beautifully alive.

At The Gianmattello Project Inc., we don't simply renovate spaces. We design environments around the way people want to live, feel, and experience their homes.

THE PERFECT RETREAT:::

For this Airbnb project at Red Residences Makati, the bedroom was designed to make a compact space feel restful, fresh, and complete.

Layered shades of teal and soft sage create a calming atmosphere, balanced by warm wood finishes and natural textures. Full-height cabinetry maximizes storage, while the dedicated vanity/work desk gives guests a functional corner without making the room feel crowded.

Strategically placed mirrors reflect natural light and visually expand the space, while layered curtains, coordinated bedding, woven baskets, and carefully chosen accents bring softness and character.

The result is a bedroom that feels more than simply furnished - it feels thoughtfully put together for an actual stay.

Because for an Airbnb, the bedroom isn’t just where guests sleep. It’s where comfort becomes part of the experience.

ALL IN THE DETAILS:::

For this Airbnb design and renovation project at Red Residences Makati, we wanted every corner to feel intentional and it’s the smaller details that give the unit its personality - the textured kitchen backsplash, carefully placed lighting, woven accents, greenery, artwork, metallic touches, and curated decor.

Even practical elements were treated as part of the design, allowing storage, appliances, workspaces, and everyday essentials to blend naturally into the interior.

In a compact space, every detail is visible—so every detail matters.
Individually, these choices may seem small. But together, they create a space that feels warm, cohesive, thoughtfully designed, and memorable for every guest who walks through the door.

Sometimes, what makes a space special isn’t one grand feature. It’s a hundred little decisions made intentionally.
